When you visit our site, we may ask you to provide information through questionnaires, forms, etc. This data is not considered "sensitive" as defined by the CNIL (French data protection authority)We use the data collected via our website's contact form to respond to your needs.
When you fill in the form to sign up for our newsletter, we retain the data you provide with your consent: last name, first name, email address, company name, address, postal code, town. 
Requested information marked with an asterisk is mandatory. This information is necessary in order to process your requests. Should you decide not to provide this information, the Côte du Midi Tourist Office will be unable to answer your requests. Concerning information relating to the sending of emails, we inform you that emails are stored in digital format for the time it takes the Côte du Midi Tourist Office to respond.
The other information is intended to get to know you better and is therefore optional. You are free not to provide this information.

This information is intended for the Côte du Midi Tourist Office (the controller) for the purpose of recording and processing your orders, managing your customer account, marketing studies and statistics in order to provide you with the most appropriate offers, and to monitor the quality of our services and commercial prospecting. 
The Côte du Midi Tourist Office may send you commercial offers by email or by post subject to your consent, and provided you did not object to this when your data was collected. You may, at any time and at no cost, object to the commercial prospecting conducted by the Côte du Midi Tourist Office by sending an email to web@cotedumidi.com, or by sending a letter to the Côte du Midi Tourist Office - 31 rue Jean Jaurès, 11100, Narbonne, France. 
The information collected may be communicated to third parties under contract to the Côte du Midi Tourist Office in order to perform the subcontracted tasks necessary to manage your account, orders and payments.

Access rights

Furthermore, you have the right to the portability of your personal data. In accordance with the provisions of Article 13 of the GDPR, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority if you consider that we have not respected your rights.

Duration of data retention

In accordance with the French legislation in force, the Côte du Midi Tourist Office shall keep your personal data only for the time necessary to fulfil the above purposes. At the end of the retention period indicated below, your personal data will be deleted and/or archived and/or anonymised.

Your personal data shall be kept for up to 3 years after our last contact.

Transfer of data related to social networks 

The use of our website in relation to social networks will likely lead to the collection and exchange of certain data between social networks and the Côte du Midi Tourist Office. The information collected by the Côte du Midi Tourist Office for its own purposes via the website in connection with social networks is governed by this policy.
