Let's set the scene!
A sprawling, sandy beach stretching to the mouth of the Aude, a seaside, year-round resort with a lively atmosphere thanks to numerous events, renowned vineyards and estates in the heart of the Massif de la Clape. You’ll also find hiking and cycling trails. All this makes the thought of a holiday in Saint-Pierre, les Cabanes de Fleury and Fleury d'Aude, also known as the "Côte Indigo” even more appealing!
The natural beach
Saint-Pierre-la-Mer is an unspoilt, natural seaside resort, ideal for family holidays. There's an immense coastline to enjoy which extends from the hamlet of Cabanes de Fleury to Narbonne-Plage. You’ll find alternating wild and supervised beaches. The classified nature site of the massif of La Clape is directly accessible, and boasts wonderful landscapes with incredible views of the sea!
A resort with a village vibe
Once you have arrived in Saint-Pierre-la-Mer, you can forget about your car. Stroll the waterfront, shop at the open-air market (more than 200 traders from 7 am to 1 pm) and the market halls in the mornings. Soak up the sun on the terrace of a café or share some tapas with friends. During the season, meet the winegrowers for a moment of conviviality on wine Mondays.
Sport and nature
A destination with a host of activitiesDo you like mountain biking? If you do, you’ll love our 135 km of marked trails through the massif de la Clape, just between Saint-Pierre-la-Mer and Fleury d'Aude. A quieter option is the "Littorale" bicycle path to Narbonne-Plage, Gruissan and even Narbonne! Finally, for activities on the water, head for the Glisse & Kite, water sports base.
My thing is surfing, but I also like riding my bike along the "La Littorale" bike path between Saint-Pierre-la-Mer and Narbonne-Plage.
It never strays far from the sea, perfect to take a dip whenever I feel like it.
